I noticed the thread on the MMI hidden menu and various VCDS changes, so I un-hid the menu today using my VagCom, following the instructions on the link below.
It is pretty interesting, but some in German so I didn't want to mess with too much, but I did enable the Battery Level indicator, and also learned about the "Ctrl-Alt-Del" for the MMI.

By pressing together the Setup + Control Knob + Upper Right soft key, you can cause a MMI reboot. Works great when trying to make changes to the MMI, as most need a reboot to make the change.
