Am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my A5 (DSB, light gray, premium, nav, B&O) and saw pictures of a similar car on another forum. It looked, though, like the location of the MMI controls was on the dash. I thought these controls were on the center console in front of the gear shift ?? That's where they were in the demo I drove last spring, and this is one of the things I really like about the cockpit.

Can someone clarify for me?

The location of the MMI controls depends on the options you selected.

If you chose full Sat Nav the CD multi disk player fits on the centre console, and the buttons are relocated down to the lower level by the gear stick.
