Production delay for Canada as well...everyone who ordered a car in the last month will not be getting it for another 8 Months. The delay is due to the high demand for the V8 and the Sunroof.

I was told when I signed for mine that an R8 is around 9-12 months (which probably is a stretch of the truth as well)..

Any updates on your delivery timeframe? Makes me feel luckier to have mine ready for pickup considering the wait times.

That seems a bit long, unless some of us are getting model year 2009s. If you assume one month to build and two weeks to ship, and you are saying that these cars will arrive Mid December, then they would be built in October. Last I heard, the Sept-Dec 08 builds are model year 09s. Unless they are building both model years at the same time, or delaying the 09s. I doubt either one of those is the case.

the 08's are already delayed.
