if you want it that badly. Won't give much more power, but will make long trips loud. Removing the cat's won't do much either except be a federal crime and cause the ecu to throw check engine lights

Yes, removing cats will add power, perhaps noticeably. If someone told me it added 10-20HP I wouldn't be surprised. But *don't* do it - just get smaller/race cats. Apparently, the cats on our cars are massive and restrictive.

Came close but they sold out of them in the U.S. so ended up doing my own thing.

I ordered a one day delivery of the Magnaflow X Pipe. I'm gonna try the stock Milltek first, and if I don't like it I will cut the resonators and add the x-pipe.

the magnaflows are 2.25, 2.5, or 3. I'm going to have to find a metric x-pipe or i'm screwed....

Where's the cheapest source for the milltek you've found thus far?

And what are the differences between the "Jet" style and "Special" style tips?

will get you the exhaust. The jet tips look wimpy because they are rolled like a stock exhaust. The special are angle cut and look more aggressive.

I didn't know that the Milltek was running similar sizing as factory. Either the factory system is just about perfect, or maybe Milltek didn't want to risk going too aggressive with larger diameter tubing.

Anyone, with any other leads? Wish there were more options available...guess I have to just sit and wait.

I get alot of drone in the cabin even in 6th gear and under 3k rpm. I am gonna try an x-pipe and if that doesn't work i'm gonna go full custom....

The guys at stratmosphere told me there wouldn't be any droning at all from removing the resonators...

How was the sound (w/ resonators) compared to the stock exhaust?

about two hours after the install the sund deepened and the drone inside the cabin is gone. I will post a video very soon...
