Also wondering, do you get AUX hookup for aftermarket mp3 players? I am not an ipod fan, and have the samsung player, and all i need is a headphone aux jack. Do you guys think it is an option or aftermarket option?

You get the iPod interface with the tech. package. As I understand it you can purchase various other adapters to connect with other players. There is a quick connection in the glove box.
