Not sure where they got their info but, Carfolio.com says...

Contradicting themselves slightly, on their S5 spec page, they say the S5 is 1630 kg (3594 lbs).

I think the RS4 is 1650 kg, so that points to the S5 being 1630 kg, and that the text in the article is backwards.

Most magazines measure with a full fuel tank so this adds about 125 pounds.

Click here. But hoping that it gains less weight while it is on the ship to America as the S4 gains 209 pounds. I think at least half comes from empty gas tank/full gas tank. not sure where the extra weight comes from, but it's more than just the obvious stuff.
