getting carried away speccing up my order, and not sure how good these options are considered to be

rear camera is very cool.
Not a 'necessary' option by any means, especially on a relatively small car that shouldnt be too hard to park.
If you can afford all these options (if getting the car loaded up doesnt cause you to alter your lifestyle), then go for it.

cars like other innovations that started on luxury vehicles like ABS, multiple airbags, etc. The others are more toys than necessity. The parking assist is useful on the C6 A6 in that I find it difficult to judge where the corners of the car. The smaller A5 may not need the help as much.

It's pretty useless in the city with streetlights & such. Also, once you get used to it you don't really notice it, unless you are driving down a dimly lit and winding country road.
If you continue to notice them while driving in the city after having them for a while, maybe you aren't looking up far enough.
I have it on my B7 and I love it.

Cool and helpful in that situation. :) Most safety related innovations are rarely used, but it's great to have them when you need them.
