Sure lots of fun speculating, but notice the distortion of the wheels, and front and rear overhangs? Seems to suggest that the photographer was indeed standing, but rather close to the car introducing the type of distortion dictated by the focal length of the lens. The car may not be as stubby looking as it appears here.

It was originally much smaller. When Fourtitude added their mask to the bottom they blew it up making it look fuzzy. But I agree on the comments about focal length distortion.

Long answer to the question - I don't know of any hi-res versions of this (yet).
