I love the 335i Coupe. However, I have to give the edge to the A5. I like the "muscular" look of the area above the front wheel and I like the c-pillar area where it blends with the rear quarter.
I want Audi to have a true 3 series fighter, not a luxo A6 sized coupe.
Hopefully the Audi will be no larger than the 3 series coupe, and not weigh much more (but it is an Audi so it will weigh more).

...the A4 and A6, I suspect that it will be a few inches larger than the 335i. I'd say the exteriors about even but the interior of the A5 is > the 335i.
Now the wait until we find out if the handling is up to the E92 level.

And the rear ends on the two vehicles look far too similar.

I prefer the look of this PS picture. It's the line/crease that starts at the fog light area and past the headlight that I like. The line/crease on the actual A5 starts at the headlight.
I can't quite get a handle on the shoulder height curved character line running down the Audi. I really like the front end, love the rear three quarter view and the roofline, but these curves are throwing me. Either they'll grow on me, or I'll think they're an unecessary styling flourish...time will tell.
The new 3 coupe strikes me as a little too soft - particularly the rear half of the car...where the roof meets the trunk, the rear end, etc. It's almost midsize American/Japanese coupe in appearance. I see one parked on my street many nights, and from a moderate distance the other night, I thought it was some new Japanese or Korean car.

BMW is just an old design theme that is boring to me.
Driving dynamics though, the A5 should be much better than the current A4 platform given its better weight distribution and the new quattro drive version.
I'm not sure if I read correctly about when Audi would implement torque vectoring on its new models. This should really make this quattro drive far superior than any other even though it is already better than any.

I've seen many 335 coupes patroling the streets of Manhattan. BMW's use of seams and cut lines on the car make it look much less attractive in the flesh than it looks in paper.
I'm going to reserve judgement on the Audi A5 until I see one in the flesh, but the fenders certainly appear more swept than I'm used to seeing with Audi.

If the rumored pricing is correct, The A5 (V6) will cost about the same as the 335, but with 40hp less. Audis are nice but they always seem to make thier cars slower than the competing BMW.

If they are gonna be around the same price, Not only the A5 should be comparable in hp, it should also be comparable in torque. The Bimmer Coupe is not good looking at all, but it does offer free maintenance for 4 years. Audi should start doing that again.
