Finally got the S4 stateside! Car looks great, just 1 more mile on the odometer. It took 6 and 1/2 weeks.

Annoyingly, it took 10 days to get from the port in RI to the dealer in Boston, which "should" have taken ~3 days. I think, with better luck, it could have made it in 5 weeks (from Nice to Boston).

After talking with the dealer, I think that dropping off in Ingolstadt would result in a shorter transport time. Maybe 4 weeks. I think I'll do that for my next ED... :)

Definitely feeling spoiled by the autobahn... the desire to take her up to 130 on the highway is strong... and not going to happen again... :(

I dropped mine off in Frankfurt, but not sure if that results in any quicker response as it's still a few hours away from the port.

A lil 5 series wanted to play on the way to Munich.
