After I leave, I'm headed out south to Innsbruck for a couple days. There's plenty to do there within an hour's drive.

After that, I'm not totally sure yet. I need to be in Amsterdam for a flight out on tuesday.

I leave on 10/10 and have a meeting in Germany on 10/12. I'm combining this trip with a business trip (so company buys the airfare)...Cologne, Audi-vacation, Lisbon, Amsterdam, Malaysia, then home via Tokyo.

Looks like you'll have no problem finding the drop-off location.

Did Audi book and pay for your stay? They told me they weren't allowed to book until a VIN was out. She said that I could go ahead and book the room myself if I wanted to secure the reservation. I booked mine through Orbitz for the Kepinski in which they charged me in full directly, so I'm not sure how that will work..

Still don't have a VIN so it looks like early next week before I will be able to get the details finalized. I think inspection is on the 4th, so if anything a VIN should be ready by then ( I hope).

I'll probably call and reconfirm next week.

There are two "Kempinski Hotels" in Munich, the airport hotel, and the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich. I only mention it since the airport Kempinski was full when I tried last week.

If it makes you feel better, they can obviously get the final documents out fast if need be.
