Have any of you financed your vehicle? If so, what happened to the reimbursable VAT Tax? Was that out of pocket as a separate line item?

a check for the VAT amount and is holding it in our delivery file until our Q7 is delivered to them. We will then get our check back. My thought is, it is to make sure the EU gets the VAT in case we decide to not ship the car home and try and circumnavigate the whole process of not paying the VAT.
