well this is the second time I've seen the R8 live and I gotta say that this side blade thingy is starting to really grow old fast. The carbon fiber blade against the light silver doesn't accent the car but rather distracts from the beauty. Also the blade had a noticable scratch on it (even thought Audi chose to keep the unwashed masses away from both the R8 and the S5 on display). I think the carbon side blade works best against either a black or daytona car - but I sure wouldn't put it on a light color car.
