and so they took deposits as a way to measure the level of customer interest. Problem is that they can be rather lazy about informing their customers which way they (or AoA) have decided to go.
Ask to see their allocation printout (they should have one showing how many cars) and depending on where you are in the order line, your name should be on that list already. Technically a dealer must refund your deposit within 24 hours of your request.

I have been trying to convey to them what real customer service is but I am getting tired of writing him emails and getting calls from the manager apologizing for my treatment.
Sorry to hear another story. They have a real good opportunity to make something of the brand but are apparently content with flushing it down the drain.

written confirmation - probably next month. But they know absolutely for sure they are getting them (at an unknown rate) and can show customers prrof as such.
Got pricing and first allocation today.
