Hello,
I figured it is time to introduce myself to the forums. I have been lurking around the forums for a while now but haven't been active. I purchased the Glut Orange RS4 with custom orange interior stitchings back in November and so far has done the essential mods. The forum has certainly been helpful in the process.

Previous to this I had a E46 M3. The car is in MA, wondering if anyone is up for some photoshoots, hopefully with a full range of the rs4 colors :)

Looks awesome! Lov the orange and black, too bad the mirrors aren't Ti, but you can swap easy enough, or paint piano black or body color. Piano Black might look really nice....

Damn only had the car since November and already ahead of me on mods!

... I ended up not getting my black/orange interior custom exclusive order and had to "settle" for black on black.

I am the other orange guy on the forums (papaya orange). I love your interior. There was only one other papaya with your interior but they would not budge on price (still sitting in the showroom lol!). Anyway, I may just do a custom interior to mimic yours!

Yes, I too have an orange fettish (I suppose I should introduce myself by saying: "Hello, my name is RS Maniac and I have an Orange Fetish"). LOL

Your car was I beleive offered in FL at the time when I was looking (a yr ago at this stage), recognize it from the fact that it had the Ti package but the mirrors were for some reason non-Ti. I almost ended up buying the Glut Orange from Audi of Willoughby, they had it CPOd with only 5K miles on the clock, full custom interior and the full Ti package (it actually had carbon trim instead of piano, and even came with custom orange piped floor mats!). At the end of the day, they were a bit off my price point, kinda had second thoughts about the Glut color considering I don't live in Miami ;-o) I ended up picking the Sprint which I love.

The Papaya mentioned here is super cool as well, it is a bit more toned down than the Glut (which is a Murcielago color vs. the Papaya which is the older body Audi TT color). The Papaya is basically a mix between the Imola Yellow and the Glut, all 3 pretty cool. Welcome aboard!

I picked mine up at the Audi Exchange in Chicago actually.

I actually hadnt realized that I didnt have the Ti mirrors, I thought that the silver mirrors was for the S/RS and that was the option, but now that I am reminded by the board it is definitely weird.

I think I will swap or vinyl the piece

As for the orange, I also have the orange Aston Martin N400 edition in my home country :) so I guess i am an orange fanatic as well

aloooooonnnngggg time (probably over a year). I hope you got a good discount on it. I was surprised the bright porsche green car that they ordered at the same time sold first. The orange looked better.

But don't worry, you got yourself an awesome ride as is. The piping is nice, but not necessarily to die for. The RS4 insignia stitching on the seats is in Orange too, but not the stiching around the steering wheel and shifter IIRC.

What I noticed on the sticker was that the interior was a $900 option, it wasn't the full Exclusive (because the full Exclusive has orange stitching on the wheel, shifter, and if specified at order date - full orange leather on the doors - may be a bot too much). Hence why it didn't command the $2400 (or whatever it was) Audi Exclusive price. I don't think it has the Audi Exclusive metal plackard on the 4 doors either...
