They looked at my car and found that there was normal 'condensation' on both shocks on the front as per their TSB. Condensation in my mind is moisture on the side of a refrigerator, not hydraulic fluid leaking down the side of my shocks. The SA said that shocks 'sweating' on all Audi models is normal. I asked for the regional reps email and he gave me the Audi USA customer advocate link.
The way my car handles is not vastly different than when it was new but I do feel that the suspension feels flat, and that it's compressing too easy and not rebounding quickly enough. Some of that, I don't know maybe it's in my head from everything that I've read here as well as the pictures I've seen. My shocks look exactly like many of the pictures I've seen here of leaky shocks. I don't blame the dealer though. They can only do what the TSB tells them to do, but if there is a true problem w/ DRC system on my car I expect AOA to take care of it. That's not too much to ask for imo when you spend this kind of money on a high performance car, and also on a Q7 for my wife.
