View Full Version : Need to replace summer tires, any suggestions? RS4brit 03-29-2008, 07:01 AM Was using ContiSport Contact 3's. Didn't seem to wear that well. I wanted a quiet and longer wearing tire than the Contis too. If I had not gotten sick this week I would have taken the snows off and put the 5.4s on by now. BluDemon 03-29-2008, 07:37 AM and they had plenty of life left in them. Probably a good 25K-30K tire for the RS4 depending on driving style. My miles were mostly highway. If you saw my post about 5 months ago I was not impressed with them at 1st but after the newness wears off the tires really start to grip. Once I burn through the Michelins that are on the new ride I will probably go back to the Yokohama. Reggie 03-29-2008, 11:34 AM I am taking a heat for putting them on but I don't drive at 80-100% of the cars capability most of the time. Mark'sTTSMMM 03-30-2008, 04:22 AM Great tire thus far. I almost wish they had a 275/30 version, but it's sorta dumb to have a fat all-season tire....haha :D |
