There is all new managment...the turnover rate in those positions is very, very high industry wide. If you had been a customer today, you may have had an completly different experience. I wish I could have prevented what ever happened with you at JD. The past is the past. I don't think I ever "bashed" JD, I just may not have agreed with everything that went on. My current position will allow me to impact more people within the company in a positve way.

My title has "director" in it, but I'm really more of a manager. There are only 3 "executive" positions in the entire company. Jack and Mike Daniels and the CFO.
