Expected delivery December 8th. I placed my order the very first day orders were possible. My dealer doesnt know why the long port hold, and hopes to have the car in Oct-Nov. We just looked up the details yesterday. Hopefully the car comes earlier!! Seems stupid to delay the cabrio until december when it is cold and nasty outside and we can enjoy them for several months.

OK, just spoke to my guy at Audi- My car is in production, he anticipates Sept completion with (hopefully) mid-late Nov delivery. I could easily see it actually arriving in Dec. FWIW, I was also a first-day geek, so hopefully we'll both be among the first cab's stateside. You aren't in the Denver area, by any chance?

Nice looker, but I'm not a big fan of cabs. Lose too much rigidity and speed. If you want something fast, get it to go as fast as it can, I say.

My wife has a cab...albeit of the BMW variety (you may all now kill me for being a traitor). But I enjoy wiping the floor with it whenever I can.
