Thinking about doing the Milltek exhaust for the RS4. If I am correct, to keep the function of the "S" button, I need the non-resonated set with valves. When I looked for the nearest Milltek dealer, the only thing that pops up is an Audi dealer in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Strange. You need to go to an Audi dealer to get the modified exhaust? I suppose if they did the mods, the warranty would still be valid on the car.

What can I expect to pay? Couple grand installed?

I understand the sound is awesome. Milltek (via Fourtitude) also reports dyno gains at the wheels of about 9 hp and 12 lb/ft of torque. Any of you with the exhaust mods care to confirm or deny those claims?

A few here have done the install themselves but if that's not your thing, any local tuner shop or general car repair garage who have a clue can do the install for a modest fee. The non-resonated milltek with valves is $2700 (the price gets ridiculous for a catback when you go with valves) and without valves, the non-resonated is $1700. Install should be around $100 more or less.
