On page 164 of the Owner's Manual and 124 of the Navigation manual in the section Saving names in the phone book it says...

1. Press mode to go to telephone mode
2. Roll to desire entry
3. Press the Talk button
4. Say the name under which you want the entry to be saved
5. Repeat the name

AFter press the Talk button, you can't just say a name because it keeps on saying pardon.

I can only get it to work if I say 'Store Number' then give the name and the number. I cannot get the arrow to show up next to the name in console display as shown on page 125 of the Navigation manual.

I'm probaby missing somehing simple but just can't figure it out.
