What could go wrong if you shiped a English cab home to the states? I am thinking of trying. In Euros it will cost about $78,000 US. That seems fair if we never get the car here.

VerrÜckt 05-26-2006, 02:11 AM Do some research on what it takes to federalize a vehicle. Your $78,000 car will suddenly become a $128,000 car. Evil Buddha 05-26-2006, 06:59 AM I see post about some past Audi Europe models getting here to the states. If this is such a problem how did they do it and who could help? I know that back in the 1980's it was quite common to bring in all models from Europe. There was a dealer here in New Orleans that specialized in only that. You had a once in a lifetime exemption per person to bring one in with no modifications.
