...so I called up Audi Client Relations, hoping to get a packing list of the goodies that should be shipped with my A4 (tools, manuals, etc.) ; somehow when I said "a4 1.8t" , the lady at the other end of the line heard "TT." She suddenly sounded alarmed and said "those cars are not even shipping yet !" and asked me for my dealer's phone number. Next thing I know , I am 3-wayed with the AoA lady and the saleslady. Luckily I could clear up the confusion with a couple of explanatory sentences.
The moral is: Speak slowly and clearly when dealing with AoA !!
The list of items is:
1.) User manual
2.) Maintenance manual
3.) Warranty guide
4.) toolkit
5.) video
6.) key code
7.) radio code

cheers
-K.
'99 A4 1.8tqMS for Xmas

Koushik: Why did you hve to call AoA for an owner's manual, etc. for a '99 A4? What dealer did you get your car from? Are they BRAIN DEAD?
