S-tronic sometime soon but very very indecisive when it comes to some options.
After speaking with my dealer and throwing some numbers around, i realized that to avoid going overbudget, I have to choose either the S-line or Nav (not both)
Now, I currently have the Nav in my B7 and love it. I use it quite a bit actually but I also have the S-line and would hate too pass that up too.
Any of you in a similar situation?
Nick, I'll email you tomorrow from work to get some feedback on the numbers I got from the dealer this weekend.

I only say this because I look at it from a point of which one would be easier to add later... Nav would be a pain or almost impossible to add later... from what I hear the wiring loom is different and it would be a pain to try to do it after purchase. You can add the bumpers and wheels later... the S-line interior is the premium package with S-line embossed seats... so if you like alcantara better it's another advantage of going with the nav... you just don't get the extra leather bits (Door handles, Brake pad, instrument cluster and console). You will also be missing the mesh baskets (no big lose there). So that is my personal take.

The leather bits really add a very nice touch to the interior.

I think the leather trim around the console, instrument cowl, and the door handles as well as parking brake really help define the interior.

It's too much plastic without it!

with the Double DIM Dot Matirx Display. Also...add the enhanced interior....
Stay under budget and go two for one.

It should be pretty much plug-and-play just like my A3's Nav system was. The only problem is finding one at a reasonable price. Right now they only TT mk2 RNS-E (nav unit) I've found aftermarket was going for $2500. When I bought it for the A3 it was only $1300, but the TT one is so new and scarce right now that it's pretty pricey if you can even find one.

You get a lot for your money with the S-line package.
$3000 gets you:
-S-line bumpers
-19" wheels
-Premium Interior package
So I change my opinion and think you should do the S-line.

Also, the Nav-Plus system isn't all that great compared to say a Pioneer unit or an Eclipse unit, which can be had for under $2k. I'd say go S-Line now, put the NAV later.

For the 18" RS4s OEM they are like 830 buck...19s are like 900 each...and tires are 250 each in 255/35/19. Your talking 1150 per corner, if you do it after the fact. (of course you can get replicas)...so 4600 there.
Then add 1100 for enhanced interior...
The add close to 1000 for the bumpers, painted and installed....
The the door sills, badging etc...call it 200 bucks...
...your talking almost 7K after the fact if you due it true OEM. So while yes you might be able to get some of the above for less...I HIGHLY doubt you can get 4K off of the bill.

wheels and get away with it. If you try to sell the stockers after the fact, figure 1k MAX.
