The MK2 with 3.6L V6 with 20" wheels and what other features?

BTW, you must be considering the upcoming A4(B8)Sportback Hatch as the "hyper-sporty" vehicle.

And you are sure you will go back from a 420 hp 4.2 V8 to a 302 hp 3.6 VR6.

The 302 hp Audi version of that 3.6 litre VR6 FSI engine will have potential now it will have a forged crankshaft instead of the cast one in the 280 hp VW version.
The same engine will be used in the 300 hp 2008 Golf R36.

Then again if it has 350bhp and a better power/weight ratio, maybe that could be motivation...

have the horizontal dark grey panel in the sheild grille painted sprint blue to match the car.

Try putting blue painters tape on it to see if you like the effect.

When I look at the silver MK 2 version of the TT, I think about doing that to the center panel, making it silver to bring back the effect of three horizontal sections across the front of the TT. I wonder if someone will make an aftermarket panel to fit that can be painted to body color? I would also like the rear valence to be dull black rather than dark grey.
