Audi will launch the sports version of the A3 in autumn this year. It will be equipped with a 2,0 TFSi engine, which is said to deliver 260 HP. The new S3 has all wheel drive and can be distinguished from the A3 by its different and sportier front end, large alloy wheels and two exhaust pipes.

The photos are showing two prototypes caught without any disguise.

vertical slat chrome... interesting how Audi is gradually changing the grill... I wonder what there target look is.

...I think. Most of the current production single frame grilles still have a "bar" separating the top and bottom portions of the grille.

And I really like the grille on the new allroad. Too bad we won't see this model state-side any longer. :/
