Not sure if it has been mentioned here before, but the TT I was able to sit in had the CD changer in the glove box. There was no "pocket" behind the driver seat anymore. But the medical kit was still behind the passenger.

I like the idea of the CD changer in the glove box. Much more accessible and stealthy.

And the cassette HU in my 2001 TT was so quaint and so useless, might as well have been 8-track. ;)

Separate CD changers with CD "magazines" are pretty old technology these days.

6 disc units (no magazines) these days due to the DVD Nav units. Since the already have the separate 6 disc for these - they just use em in combo with other indash units.
