I just put a deposit down for a new 07 TT 3.2L S Tronic coupe in silver/black leather interior. Don't have all the specs yet and concrete prices but I'm on the list for September delivery...

WOW!!! Can't wait.... Anyone else ordered one?

Other cars;

I live in Canada and Sept is what we are told... sooner would be better but...

They are selling them in Germany as I type...

But I guess Audi Canada is releasing it about the same time as the Euro model. Interesting.

AoA wants to USDOT certify both the coupe and roadster at the same time to save money, but the roadster is not going to be in production until late 2006 or early 2007.

http://forums.audiworld.com/tt/msgs/1473772.phtml

I think our standards in Canada are very close to European and that's why September is the target date but you never know... I did get this information from a car dealership and it's not the first time I've been BS'ed by a car salesmen. When I ordered my A4 Avant 3L tip, they told me 3 months and it took 6 because they "lost my order" in Germany ? I don't think so...

I found out an interesting bit of information about how dealerships get priority over others in each country... The larger the dealership and the more cars they order from Audi... the better chance they have at getting what they want and when they want it.

My local dealer is too small and gets bumped all the time so I decided to order the new TT at another dealership in another city that is much larger...
