driving back from cutrubus in layton. i got on the freeway and took it to the top of third. i passed a totally unmarked white explorer (not even "ex" on the plates) at probably 85 or 90, he then proceeded to follow me for a while. immediately after i hit the top of third, i let it coast down to ~75. he followed me for about three miles, then flipped the lights on. i pull over. "Thats an awfully pretty car, i'd hate to see that thing in an impound" my heart drops. he then says he didnt see a turn signal (i always use my signals). he follows procedure, lisence, registration, back to the car. i'm freaking out. he comes back says "i just wanted to look at your paperwork, slow down" i shake his hand, he goes back to his car. no ticket, just drive off. not even a word about the front plate or tints. woooooooo!!!!!

by the way... looks like when i got pulled over the cop was lying... he said i couldnt just pay the fix a ticket and that i had to take it to the utah highway patrol safety bldg and get it checked off.... i went to taylorsville court today and paid the ticket... $50.00. shows how much they really care about the safety of window tint, oooh! but its cool that nothing has changed
