best bet is to caravan up there (Park City) in a nice crowd of Audi cars.

so I'll be heading up around 1:30pm.

And I believe Neil is on vacation and returns Thursday night (from speaking with him prior to ALMS).

Anyway, there is a drivers meeting at 6pm Friday night I believe. So there is really no other time to have the BBQ. Last year it was a bit easier as the driving school was Mon/Tue so the BBQ was on Sunday afternoon. Also realize a fair number of people are coming in from out of town, so they won't be at work.
