Looking at the schedule Thursday night at 6:30 pm to 8pm is a test session for LMP1 and LMP2.

Guess when you're that good, don't need to test anything :-)

According to some that saw the testing, the Porsche RS Spyder is the fastest car that has been on the Miller track so far. Supposedly hitting 215 mph on the front straight during their closed track test sessions a few weeks ago.

For comparison, the Superbikes were hitting 180ish on the front straight.

Grandstands or general admission?

Otherwise I'd get grandstand A or C, avoid B.

I'll be out on track working the event.

But thatnks on the A or C grandstands.

and the sunshade is worthless for all but the top 2-3 rows.

Don't have any additional details yet, last minute schedule change. I'll send off an email when I have more information.

I read a small article on it last night- they said both failed to finish at Seabring.

unfortunately for Penske and Porsche, the RS Spyders don't have a good record of actually finishing races.
