I had an unbelievable blast working the Porsche Club event this past Sunday. Man some of those cars are just full on race cars and loud enough to prove it.

This coming weekend (Apr 29/30), will be the official volunteer training weekend.
"The training on Saturday and Sunday, April 28 & 29 will be very comprehensive and fun. You will be able to work almost any event at the track afterwards. We will count on those of you who are trained for the future events at MMP. Both days will start at between 8:00 a.m. and last all day."

Email raceteam at mac dot com to sign up. I very much encourage it.

Ask Neil if he has pics or better yet videos. He was there with his Stg3 S4 Avant on the instructors laps. And he was riding passenger for most of the beginner and intermediate laps.

Though I think I saw him taking a Boxster (S?) around in the final instructor lap, car 818 if I recall correctly.

I was impressed with he balance of that car, even though it didn't have the power of my Avant.

its a good 70 miles round trip and as its a race going on this weekend, you won't be able to drive your car out on the track.
