Surely it's not this difficult. My phone is on the approved list (Motorola Q9M), but I haven't found a way to dial and listen to my voicemail from my 2009 A4 (MMI w/ Nav). Forget listening to voicemail, I can't even dial and connect to my voicemail. I've tried programming the "Mailbox" number with *86 (shortcut code for Voicemail for Verizon phones) or my whole phone number, or manually dialing *86 or my phone number from the TEL interface.
I haven't found a way to insert a pause and my voicemail security PIN yet either, but I figured I should at least be able to dial and connect before being prompted for my PIN. Is the PIN security feature causing my problems? Everything else seems to work fine with the Bluetooth integration (phone book syncs, missed calls, received calls, etc.) though I can't seem to answer some incoming calls because the "Answer" option is replaced with "Replace" (as if I'm on another call but I'm not!).
Any suggestions?
