I, like many others, was waiting for the US release of this Nav+ unit which is what about 1 or 1.5 years ago if that.

Now all over the web I see Nav+ units (EU and NA) for sale (used). Some folks have even begun acquring them in bulk.

All well and good I suppose but how can there be so many used items on the market when the items themselves are a relatively new product to begin with?

I wonder if they're being stolen right off dealer lots? Have you found anywhere to buy NEW RNS-E units? I've been hessitant to buy from online sources because they're all used, but I REALLY want NAV.

and most of the units coming here are euro models with converted firmware. As far as bulk... I think if you check with the brokers you would find less than 50 a month make it here. Not what I would refer to as bulk.

I purchased one from a broker and the unit was used but in 9+/10 condition with the serial number and radio code intact.

I still don't understand why something that is less than two years old is being pulled from a car in the first place?

...distances are shorter and if they can make monet for going back to Symphony, they probably will.
