It's like Porsche saying Mini cannot call their Cooper S and "S" because it'll confuse with the Boxter S or Mercedes S class, or Volvo S40. It's really nonsence piggybacking on press coverage?<ul><li><a href="http://www.audiworld.com/news/05/q_name/content.shtml">Audiworld news covered this</a></li></ul>

... Nissan created an 'M' line well after BMW introduced their M3 and M5's. Yet now they lay claim on the letter 'Q'.

It's a shameful double standard that should not, in my estimation, make it to the courts.
