Though technically, even a new camera can have hot pixels, they're just mapped out ahead of time.

I'd try turning on noise reduction - it would often get rid of hot pixels.
The longer the exposure at high ISO, the more hot pixels you'll see.
If you shoot in RAW (NEF), some RAW converters like Lightroom get rid of hot pixels automatically
