Rick's the guy who switched to Nikon from Canon, that I mentioned here a while back, after getting his hat handed to him at the Daytona 24 Hour by the D3's high iso grain and color. Rick shoots for Autoweek and Road and Track, as well as for countless others. Likely his biggest account in Michelin. He's a hell of a nice guy and often actually shoots soccer and Olympic sports, so we run in the same circles. I don't know the other photographer, but have heard of him. I call them "shots", as in "snap", because that's all they are. A quality photographer "makes" an image, he/she doesn't "take" it.
