I've been coming to Audiworld for 4-5 years now. Again, not sure how I missed this section. I like to play with photos.

Currently using a humble Canon 10D with:

Canon 28-135mm 3.5-5.6 IS
Canon 50mm 1.4
Canon 10-22mm
Canon 200mm L
Sigma EX 50mm Macro

Canon 100 macro on it's way from CA.

That fly is pretty sweet. Have you tried combining exposures with slightly different focus points to increase your DoF?

I have a 20d
8mm, 18-55, 28-135, 100mm f2.8 macro, 50 f1.4, perhaps a 28 f1.8, 30 f1.4 or 10-22 coming soon

Care to share any details on how you got the shot?

Google should pick that one up. It has certainly been done with the 18-55.
