emphasize it. For example a picture of the Berlin Wall would look wierd without graffiti on it. Moreover you have to consider your audiences viewpoint on graffiti, for the most part graffiti here in the US is associated violent street gangs/crime so when I see your picture the first thing that comes to mind is how much of a peice of sh!t that beach must be if there is that much graffiti. Is that what you hoped to convey ? That this beautiful area has been spoiled by crime/etc...

If not, then it detracts from the picture.

For me, it looks like a part of the coast that only those "artists" frequent.

nice shots - wonderful clouds.

and either make it about the graffiti or about the coast and beautiful blue sky and clouds.

or crop versions of both! ;)
