Some tips on useage.
First, get a duffle bag large enough to hold it when not in use.

Second, never, ever fold it neatly. Back drops don't want to be folded. You'll see the lines in the fabric once you unfold it for use. Wad it up in a ball and stuff it back in the bag. It's best kept in a bag when you're nat using it. Dusty back drops are nasty.

The ones I have used for both Photography and more often than not, as a video background, are the darker grays to modeled blues sometimes a lighter gray is nice too. It seems those are the colors most often used.

Also, if price is a concern or a smooth background is needed you can use a paper background. They come on large rolls of at least 10 to 12 feet and have lots of uses. Of course you'll also need some way to support the paper roll and some way to hold down the edges. C-stands are great, but heavy and costly. There is now a lighter more portable sollution available too. It is made from light wieght stands and an extendable cross bar. I've used these as well with success. As long as you don't put too much wieght on them they work very well for both the paper back grounds and the muslin ones.

And then you'll need some sort of wieght to hold it all down and not tip over. Sand bags. You can buy them from a photo or video supply outlet, or make them if you have access to a good sewing machine. But these are a total nessecity and not to be over looked. Not glamorous, but very much needed.
Good luck!

Dynaphos is the Amvona brand. Check their ebay auctions - never buy directly from their website. Their stuff (via auction) is priced well, but probably won't stand up to professional use. Occasional home use should be fine. How much is the guy selling for?
