View Full Version : Would excessive shaking be bad for a camera? (ie: long trip on a bicycle rack)

I would rather put it in my pocket if it is a compact or on a chest harness if it's an SLR, like the LowePro Toploader series with the chest harness, or a fanny pack, where at least some of the impact is cushioned.. But that's just me..

I'll just try it when summer comes and see what happens. If the S5IS dies then I can get a real dSLR and keep that one off the bike.
