Hmm, I would probably pick the first one with some of the dark foreground removed. I also like the middle one. Very nice exposure and good detail in the buildings. I'd love to see more photos of your trip!

I think #1 is your best bet, but I also think it needs some perspective correction or maybe just straightening. Looks like a slight downslope from right to left.
