it's definitely a lot different than what i'm used to seeing as i have been shooting almost nothing but wide angle for the last year. the photos don't even look like something i'd take! after i made the initial purchase i thought if i'd really even use it. i had buyer's remorse, but after getting it and actually playing with it, i think it'll come in handy quite often.
the lens is kind of heavy, but not that bad. i do think it front focuses a bit since a few of the shots were focused closer than i thought, but it may have just been user error.
i didn't get out until 6:30, so the sun was setting while i was out which mean i had to crank up the iso toward the end to get faster shutter speeds when at 200

i did set the white balance to color temp to add a bit more orange though.

I can't wait to get a telephoto.

I was wishing for a fast wide lens today...

one of my good friends is the bartender upstairs on saturdays at finns so my friends and i are up there just about every weekend. we were up there saturday from 11 to close as well. if you saw a dude wearing a light blue shirt and plaid shorts, that's was me. LOL!
