I'm wondering if there is a web viewer with similar organization panels like picasa or iphoto. one strip that represents the viewer and a "bulk" folder with access to all my files on the hard drive and whatever source that allows me to drag and drop photos in and out of the photostream. That photostream is automatically uploaded and refreshed to any site it's attached to.

I've been using simple viewer, but I'm tired of composing a new album everytime I need to update it. I believe I can just add the .jpg and .thumb file to each directory but that's a PITA.

Any such program? Oh...it must work on PC.
