Of course it is faster to swap back and forth. I have a quick release on the bottom of both for switching on the tripod.

Pictured but not mine backup Rebel XT (borrowed for a shoot), 17-55 IS (rented for a shoot), Quantum Turbo (rented). Not pictured Carbon Fiber Tripod and Ballhead.

Current dilema...how to spend $700 in Samy's Camera gift cards.

Mine is not broken:( It just says USB like it's plugged into a PC all the time.

I replaced it with the 30Ds, but wish I still had a smaller camera often.

Was contemplating between those and PW's.

avantissimo nogaro
02-05-2007, 01:36 PM
you need a hot shoe adapter cord for the PW's to work with the flashes, which can cost a lot of money alone, and then a transmitter on the camera as well.

The canon transmitter is cool cause its small on top of the camera, and transmits a lot of important informationa dn has controls on it. AND the flash can sit by itself, without any attachments for it to fire. Pretty cool. definately suggest it.

Can you confirm what I've read elsewhere? I've read that the build quality is crap. I've been thinking about picking one up, but the reviews concern me. Your comment about returning it matches the other stuff I've read.
