AI Servo and the 85mm weren't the best together, a lot of them came out blurry. Could also be operator error.

Head-on, the AI Servo doesn't do so well on the 20D. No personal experience with that, though. How fast does that lens focus normally?

quite fast, never had an issue with that before. I'll have to test it again to narrow it down: Lens, Camera or Me.

I must be thinking about the EF 85mm f/1.2. The one that they had on the 30D when the promo pics for it came out.
