This was the lens they came out with for smaller, lightweight SLR's like the EOS IX, IX Lite and early digital SLR's. It's in near-new condition, not a mark on it. Quality is decent, certainly no L-glass, but then you could buy 10 of these for the price of most L lenses. So, it's a good starter lens for someone buying their first digital SLR. Email if interested.

And the camera store only offered me $15 on a trade-in. Either I got lucky or the camera store low-balled me.
