and family. And now their friends too, the word of mouth advertising spreads fast. I mainly want to focus on indoor/outdoor portraiture, mostly kids. I recently shot a wedding shower and asked my friend if I can do some of his wedding. His photog is paid for 3hrs only and I will do the pre-ceremony shots and pickup whenever the photog leaves. Anyhow I threw together a site this weekend, used my hosting services website builder which sucks ass. Everytime I publish a change the site goes down. Eventually when I get my iMac next week I'm going to redo it all in Flash, hand code the HTML and add some active server pages, but I need something for now. The navigation buttons seem to be glitchy at times, I need to dress up the portfolio photo page with a header and figure out what the hell to charge people. Anyhow, comments are welcome.

Enjoy.<ul><li><a href="http://www.photosbyramon.com">PhotosByRamon.com</a></li></ul>

Seems to load quickly, even here at work. Just out of curiosity, why not go with a sharing site like smugmug where all the work is done for you? Must be the programmer in you. ;-)

all of the images preload and they are compressed to under 3mb for all 30 images. Yes the stubborn programmer in me wants to do it manually ;-) I have 10GB of space with my provider, might as well use it!

shot. I've been getting a lot of positive feedback with a ton of potential work. My wife gets a ton of baby/parent magazines and I get a lot of creative ideas from there. She also gets one called Real Simple that has hundreds of great photos in there, makes me want to by that 35mm L glass. Maybe if I get enough clients...who knows.

to propogate correctly. Let's hope this doesn't happen again. Now you have to leave feedback ;-)
