I took that combo and my 10-22EFS into the stadium, while the 24-70 f/2.8L I used for some tailgating shots and then left in the truck.

unless you've also got a 1.6x crop factor dslr

Max field of view for the 70-200 + 2x extender is ~640mm in film equivalent terms.

...I think people were paying to have their picture taken with him and during that I just took a few shots of him alone.
