The Santa pic was at the mall, Fuji FinePix Pro w/ Tamron 18-200mm and Strobes. The portraits are with my 50mm f/1.8. Enjoy.

the lost stop. I could just increase the flash power or lower the shutter speed, but I feel without the piece of plastic and proper bounce I get the shot. I usually set the shutter to 1/100-1/125 s and f/6.3. Fire a test shot and adjust from there.
